Job Description
Renfrow Industrial is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee industrial electrical field operations and lead crews toward safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This is a working Superintendent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical foremen and crews across projects
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, and work sequencing
- Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
- Interface with project management and clients
- Resolve field issues and support project delivery
Physical Requirements
- Access and walk active construction sites
- Work at heights and in industrial environments
- Maintain situational awareness throughout the day
