Job Description
Renfrow Industrial is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee industrial electrical field operations and lead crews toward safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This is a working Superintendent position. Pay & Benefits $36 – $45+ per hour (based on experience) Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Company vehicle or allowance (as applicable) Normal Working Hours Monday through Thursday (typical) Schedule varies by project Overtime and off-hours coordination as required Key Responsibilities Oversee electrical foremen and crews across projects Coordinate schedules, manpower, and work sequencing Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance Interface with project management and clients Resolve field issues and support project delivery Physical Requirements Access and walk active construction sites Work at heights and in industrial environments Maintain situational awareness throughout the day #ST
