Location: Lancaster, SC Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $68,000.00 USD Annually Description: Industrial Maintenance Electrical Technician – Lancaster, SC Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrical Technician to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who excels in electrical troubleshooting, automation systems, and preventive maintenance within a fast‑paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Diagnose and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components Work with AC/DC motors, VFDs, soft starters, and MCCs Install and maintain EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit, as well as cable tray systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Build, modify, and troubleshoot electrical control panels Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all site safety policies Automation & Controls Troubleshoot PLC I/O issues, replace modules, and interpret ladder logic Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Omron platforms Navigate HMIs for alarms, diagnostics, and equipment monitoring Inspect, diagnose, and replace sensors (prox, photo eyes, limit switches), actuators, and relays Support industrial networking such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Perform scheduled PM tasks, lubrication, inspections, and equipment checks Utilize thermal imaging, vibration tools, and diagnostic instruments Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce reoccurring downtime What You Bring 3+ years in industrial maintenance, electrical work, or industrial automation Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and drives Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation Strong commitment to LOTO and site safety protocols Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us Competitive pay (based on experience) Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plan Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing facility Safety-first culture with ongoing training and professional development By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
