Dematic is actively seeking an Industrial Electrican to join their Salt Lake City manufacturing team! The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $25.00 to $30.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:
What You'll Do
Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, recommending engineering changes as necessary.
Install electrical apparatus (i.e.: switches, termination motors, boxes, lights, photocells, control enclosures, etc.)
Bend and install conduit to meet product requirements.
Solder electrical connectors.
Perform electrical checkout and product testing on all products before shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
Download PLC-based programs and program Drives per engineering specs.
Operate forklifts and/or cranes as required by assignment.
Assist with the training of new employees and temporaries assigned to your work area.
Travel to customer sites to assist with commissioning activities.
What We're Looking For
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Associates or technical training preferred.
Four years practical electrical/electronic/controls experience preferred.
Ability to understand and follow the electrical codes and specifications subscribed to by Dematic.
Must be able to climb up or down ladders, scaffolding, and similar structures with agility.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Ability to perform work in areas subject to hazards such as moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and/or chemicals.
Willingness to travel 25%-35% or more with little or no advance notice for product installation.
