Industrial Electrician (Maintenance Electrician) – DIRECT HIRE | Multiple Openings | Work-Life Balance Schedules

NOW HIRING – 3 POSITIONS

We are actively hiring three (3) Industrial Electricians across two locations:

Scranton, PA (1 Opening)

5-Day Workweek
Rotating Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Wilkes-Barre, PA (2 Openings)

1 Day Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
1 Night Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
Work approximately 14 days per month with full-time pay and benefits

This is a DIRECT HIRE position — not contract or temp. You will be hired directly by the company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Install, troubleshoot, and repair low- and high-voltage industrial electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs
Diagnose issues using multimeters, ohmmeters, and power tools
Perform maintenance in compliance with NEC standards
Support electrical work tied to construction and renovation projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
Collaborate with maintenance teams and other skilled trades

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2–5 years of industrial electrical experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
Experience with PLCs, schematics, and blueprint reading
Ability to safely work with low- and high-voltage systems
Electrical certifications or licenses preferred
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot independently
