They must be ready, willing, and able to:Essential Functions:1.* Process Development:

• * Lead the design and development of efficient and scalable processes for modular construction projects.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of modular components into the construction workflow.
• * Identify and implement best practices to optimize the modular construction process.

2.* Budget Estimating:

• * Utilize your expertise in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering to provide accurate and detailed budget estimates for modular construction projects.
• * Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• * Analyze cost factors, materials, and labor to develop comprehensive and competitive budget proposals.

3.* Continuous Improvement:

• * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in modular construction processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in modular construction to ensure our processes remain cutting-edge.

4.* Collaboration:

• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and construction, to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
• * Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Education: BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Qualifications:1.* Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.2.* Proven experience in developing processes and budget estimates for large scale industrial projects (i.e. installation of new manufacturing/production lines).3.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.5.* Proficient in relevant software and tools related to engineering and project management.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended or flexible hours possible to support production demands.Travel Commitment:A successful candidate must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time to various domestic job sites and Headquarters, if the candidate does not currently reside in or relocate to the Central Alabama area.
