Industrial Estimator- Industrial Insulation- Base Salary to 100k/year- Greenville, SC

• Our client is a leading specialty contractor serving industrial, commercial, and infrastructure markets across North America. With a reputation for excellence in access, insulation, coatings, and related services, they support capital and maintenance projects across diverse sectors. Their teams deliver safe, cost-efficient, and schedule-driven solutions that help customers maximize productivity and performance.
• They are seeking an Industrial Estimator (internally titled Insulation Estimator) to join their team in the Greenville market. The Industrial Estimator will focus on industrial and commercial bids covering insulation scope. The role is hybrid and partners closely with operations and field teams to produce accurate takeoffs and competitive proposals using insulation estimating software

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quote and bid packages with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, take-off information, and other relevant documentation.
• Interpret prints and job documents to build labor and material takeoffs for insulation scope (thermal, acoustic, mineral wool, and related systems).
• Coordinate estimate development by confirming scope, assumptions, and constraints with internal operations and project teams.
• Support the bid and contract review process, including risk and opportunity considerations tied to scope and productivity drivers.
• Assist with customer RFQs and proposal deliverables, ensuring completeness and alignment with requested formats and timelines.
• Maintain estimating documentation and jobsite/proposal records in support of internal standards and quality requirements.
• Use insulation estimating software to build and manage takeoffs and pricing

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience reading prints and producing takeoffs and estimates in construction or industrial environments.
• Experience estimating insulation scope preferred (industrial insulation strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with estimating software, ideally FastWrap or comparable insulation estimating tools.
• Practical understanding of field constraints and productivity drivers is a plus.

• Base salary in the 75k- 100k/year range
