Industrial Forklift Driver
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $18
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Industrial Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and production areas
Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain accurate inventory movements using RF scanners or warehouse systems
Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders as needed
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred)
Ability to safely operate various types of material-handling equipment
Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment (temperature fluctuations, noise, dust)
