This position involves material handling, machine support, assembly, and general production duties while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career in industrial production.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial labor experience is a plus Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standardsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Assist machine operators with daily production processes Assemble steel components according to work instructions and specifications Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns promptly Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform additional production and general labor duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience Experience using hand tools and basic measuring tools Forklift experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and arms while performing production tasks Ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environmentWork Environment Fast-paced steel manufacturing facility Non-climate-controlled industrial environment Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment Required PPE must be worn at all times, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, and other protective equipment as requiredWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable first-shift schedule with consistent hours Excellent opportunity to build a long-term manufacturing career Hands-on work in a team-oriented production environment Opportunity to learn valuable industrial and manufacturing skillsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or stop by our office to apply in person:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
