Description:
You will be the Industrial Maintenance Electrician for the Electrical Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring reliable operation of industrial electrical systems across the facility.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving critical electrical infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Repair, construct, install, troubleshoot, and maintain routine electrical systems and equipment.
- Cut, thread, bend, couple, and strap conduit; cut wire and conduit to required lengths.
- Install, repair, or replace switch boxes, light fixtures, plugs, sockets, fuses, and extension cords.
- Disassemble motors, generators, and other equipment for repair; troubleshoot malfunctions and test for safety and efficiency.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications; use hand tools and voltage‑/amperage‑measuring devices.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance
Most possess valid drivers license
High school diploma or GED
Candidate must possess electrical knowledge of AB controls
Candidate must have at least 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Desired Skills:
Experienced with Allen Bradley, Fanuc controls
and various VFD'S knowledge would be beneficial
Two year Associated Degree in industrial
electrical maintenance
Robotic experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
