Requirements

What You'll Do

Tackle Mechanical Challenges: Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery with confidence and creativity.
Minimize Downtime: Conduct preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Precision Alignment: Work closely with our Metrology & Optical teams to achieve laser-sharp machinery alignment.
Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate clearly, work safely, and uphold exceptional professional standards.
Travel & Explore: Support customers across the Northeast (2-3 overnights/week).

What You Bring

Hands-On Mechanical Expertise: Skilled with hand tools and hydraulic jacks; welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus.
Tech-Friendly Mindset: Comfortable with basic computer programs (training provided).
Attention to Detail: You notice what others miss.
Self-Starter Energy: Independent, reliable, and motivated.
Customer-First Attitude: Professional, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel 50%-75% of the time.
Bonus Skills: Forklift certification, CDL license, OSHA 10.
