Job Description

Unilock is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our high-volume manufacturing team in Uxbridge, MA. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Accurately complete work orders and document activities in CMMS
Fabricate and weld components as needed
Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime

What You Bring

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy equipment
Welding and fabrication capabilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety

Starting salary $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience
