Industrial Maintenance Technician

BHS Corrugated is hiring a crew for a newlocation in Chambersburg, PA and is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a newly installed corrugator. This role is part of the maintenance team, responsible for establishing and executing preventive maintenance programs that ensure long-term equipment reliability and performance.

This is not facilities maintenance. This is industrial, mechanical + electrical work on complex equipment used by some of the biggest manufacturers in North America.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial corrugated equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance that actually prevents breakdowns

• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Work directly on the machine — not behind a desk, not calling vendors for every issue

• Partner with operators and production teams to keep lines running safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Comfort working with both mechanical and electrical systems

• Someone who takes ownership — when a machine goes down, you want to be the one fixing it

• Willingness to work overtime or on-call when needed (because production doesn’t stop)

PLC experience is a plus — but not required. If you’ve got strong fundamentals, we’ll train the rest.
