Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Endress+Hauser Flow, USA. This position plays a key role in our mission to build a world-class maintenance organization and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll apply your troubleshooting expertise, technical knowledge, and continuous improvement mindset to keep our production systems running at peak performance.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance and Facilities Department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your contributions will help drive operational excellence and support our commitment to quality and innovation.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks (PM).

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions for repair.

  • Take ownership of maintaining equipment health to maximize production potential.

  • Perform and record tasks within the CMMS (SAP).

  • Use a variety of power tools.

  • Rebuild mechanical and electrical systems (pumps, valves, etc).

  • Keep Maintenance workshop and areas in good condition.

  • Work with a safety-first mindset at all times.

  • Assist Safety team with action items related to equipment and facilities.

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of power circuits, motor controls, machine automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

  • Knowledge and experience with 480V and under electrical sources and components.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with multiple daily tasks and minimal direct supervision.

  • Ability to work a schedule of: Monday through Friday: 3:45pm-12:30am

  • General troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to create and follow written instructions.
