Job DetailsJob Details:Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding challenge in the Manufacturing industry? Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines, maintaining the reliability and longevity of our equipment, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:1. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and fix potential problems before they occur.2. Performing preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.3. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, including conveyor systems and other production machinery.4. Ensuring that all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections align with industry standards and company safety regulations.5. Collaborating with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.6. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference.7. Assisting in the training of new staff members and providing guidance on maintenance procedures and best practices.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will have:1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.2. Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including experience with conveyor systems.3. Proven experience in equipment repair and preventive maintenance.4. A solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the manufacturing environment.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.7. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.8.
