Industrial Maintenance Technician 3rd ShiftPay:$30.28 per hour + Shift DifferentialsLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73135Shift:Night Shift | 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM | Rotating 2-2-3 ScheduleJob Type:Temp-to-Hire or Direct HireJob Order #:124952Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK operating 24/7. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician has strong experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, motors, controls, and industrial manufacturing equipment and is comfortable working independently on a night shift schedule.Required Experience & Skills Previous industrial maintenance experience REQUIRED Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, heater bands, and manufacturing equipment Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production machinery efficiently Ability to work mandatory overtime when required Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Must not be afraid of heights and be capable of climbing silos when necessary Must provide personal hand tools including wrenches, sockets, and drills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIREDEssential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment Perform reactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and related components Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V Repair motors, controls, heater bands, and production equipment Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational issues Complete preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled Maintain maintenance records and documentation accurately Operate forklifts as needed Climb silos and work at heights when required Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standardsScheduleWeek 1: Work Monday & Tuesday Off Wednesday & Thursday Work Friday, Saturday & SundayWeek 2: Off Monday & Tuesday Work Wednesday & Thursday Off Friday, Saturday & SundayWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility operating 24/7 Non-climate-controlled environment Exposure to production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, and elevated work areas Physically active role requiring standing, climbing, lifting, bending, and equipment repair workBenefits Upon Permanent Hire Shift differential available Union facility with advancement opportunities Every other weekend off Annual boot allowance Company-provided toolbox, gloves, and safety glasses Paid industry certification training Employees are paid while attending training Benefits available the first of the month following hire Potential for early permanent hire based on performance Stable manufacturing environment with long-term career growth opportunitiesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive base pay plus shift differentials Opportunity for Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire placement Union environment with advancement potential Paid training and certification opportunities Excellent long-term career stability with a well-established manufacturerReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at (405) 367-3076 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:3625 S Council RdOklahoma City, OK 73179Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
