Industrial Maintenance Technician 3rd ShiftPay:Starting at $30.28 per hour+ 3rd Shift Differential + Weekend Shift Differential + $0.95/hour PremiumLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73135Shift:7: 00 PM 7: 00 AM | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3 Days On / 2 Days Off)Job Type:Temp-to-Hire or Direct HireJob Order #:126375Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing operations.The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with hydraulic systems and industrial machinery, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous industrial maintenance experience required Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience Experience working with 480V electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, heater bands, and industrial production equipment Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to work mandatory overtime when required Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Must be comfortable working at heights, including climbing silos Must provide personal hand tools, including wrenches, sockets, drills, and related maintenance tools Forklift experience is preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize production downtime Perform reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V safely and efficiently Repair motors, heater bands, electrical controls, sensors, and related equipment Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls Complete scheduled preventive maintenance assignments Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation Operate forklifts as needed to support maintenance activities Climb silos and safely perform work at elevated heights when required Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintenance best practicesPreferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume manufacturing or plastics production environments Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems Experience with pneumatic systems and industrial controls Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience Strong preventive maintenance and equipment reliability backgroundPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined or elevated areas Ability to work around moving machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic equipment, and industrial production lines Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and non-climate-controlled environments while wearing required PPEWork Environment 24/7 industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment focused on equipment reliability and safety Exposure to hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, motors, conveyors, forklifts, and manufacturing machinery Rotating 12-hour schedule with opportunities for overtime and premium shift payWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $30.28/hour Additional 3rd Shift Differential, Weekend Shift Differential, and $0.95/hour premium pay Temp-to-hire or direct hire opportunities available Long-term career potential with a growing manufacturing company Opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment and expand your maintenance expertise Excellent compensation and steady full-time schedule in a safety-focused workplaceReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Oklahoma City3625 S.
