What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working in a food ingredient industrial manufacturing facility

• Operating equipment – forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers

• Industrial environment – boots & hardhat required

• Using your hands – this is not a sit in the office job, you will be working in the plant or warehouse making, packaging and moving

What You’ll Need:

• Interest in industrial manufacturing, food ingredients, warehouse or packing

• Desire to take action and own your part in the larger process

• Ability to work shift work (12 hour shifts) and overtime, rotating shifts, and holidays as required (premium pay for overnight shifts and worked holidays)

• Growth Mindset – desire to learn and work as a team to produce ingredients in some of your favorite brands for 85 years
