$24-$32/hr Depending on Experience

Heat Tech Industrial has immediate openings for EXPERIENCED painters / sandblasters. Painters will also work with a team on miscellaneous industrial construction projects.
NOW HIRING for positions in and around Salt Lake City, UT and Mountain West Area
- Work is generally weekdays, dependent on weather and time-sensitive jobs
- Days consist of 10 hour work days, 5 days a week
- Per Diem will be paid depending on eligibility
- Travel to different cities, experience new things, great pay and benefits
Responsibilities
- Read data sheets and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
- Safely operate power tools: blast pot, grinder, mobile equipment, airless and conventional
Requirements
- Industrial coating experience required. Painting / Blasting
- Knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
- Focus on safe work, strong work ethic, good attitude
