Industrial Service Contract Manager

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, contract management, or service delivery
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of contract compliance, operations oversight, and workplace safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing industrial, janitorial, facilities, or other service-based contracts.
- Experience working with audits, quality assurance processes, and performance reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, payroll review, labor planning, and cost control.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service or industrial environment.
