Industrial Service Supervisor
BHS Corrugated North America – Indianapolis, IN
Salary:$110,000–$130,000 annually + bonus
BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Service Supervisor to lead our Digital Print service operation at a customer manufacturing facility. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between BHS and the customer while managing a team of technicians and specialists responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, print quality, and operational performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead all onsite BHS Digital Print service activities
- Supervise, coach, and develop onsite technicians and support personnel
- Serve as the primary customer contact for service operations and escalations
- Drive equipment uptime, print quality, and overall operational performance
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning
- Coordinate resources across Engineering, Field Service, Help Desk, and Product Management
- Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and customer satisfaction
- Participate in production meetings and present performance and KPI updates to customer leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual service commitments
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading technical service teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills
- Experience supervising technicians or maintenance personnel
- Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and preventive maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with digital printing, corrugated manufacturing, inkjet technology, or industrial production equipment is preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally for training and corporate initiatives
