Position summary:Are you passionate about hands-on technical work in industrial and manufacturing settings? Every day will be as different as the number of industrial customers we engage. As an Industrial Service Technician, you’ll conduct on-site assessments, start-up services, and troubleshoot equipment to help our customers increase their production. If you enjoy working with industrial control, electrical, and mechanical systems, this role is for you!What you’ll do:- Help the customers understand their asset, network, and safety current state.
- Conduct VFD start-ups and collect data for Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, and Infrared (IR) studies.
- Outline opportunities to improve client safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients.
- Document activities and generate clear, professional reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and motor control.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation tools.
- Licensed electrician preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with travel flexibility.
- Regular travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays.
