Industrial Staffing Sales Representative (Remote – Gulf Coast & East Coast Regions)We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Staffing Sales Representative to help expand our client base within the shipyard, shipbuilding, marine, and industrial fabrication sectors. This is a full-time, fully remote role, ideal for someone based in a major city within Texas, Louisiana, the Southern region, or the East Coast. Travel throughout the Gulf Coast and East Coast is expected.About the RoleIn this position, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the marine and industrial staffing space. You’ll connect skilled trades professionals—such as welders, electricians, painters, and other industrial craftsmen—with shipyards, manufacturing facilities, and military/defense contractors.We’re looking for a true hunter—someone proactive, driven, and eager to grow market presence through phone outreach, client visits, and on-site meetings.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across the marine, shipyard, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with shipyards, industrial fabrication facilities, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and workforce needs
  • Conduct regular outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person client visits
  • Set appointments with HR and hiring managers at industrial and defense contractors
  • Represent the company professionally while expanding territories along the Gulf Coast and East Coast
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial staffing or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the marine/shipbuilding workforce and skilled trades
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client visits and industry events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $84,000 – $100,000+ (higher range possible for the right candidate)
  • Performance bonus, paid twice annually (July & December)
  • Car allowance: $750/month + fuel costs for sales-related travel
  • Company-provided laptop and phone
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and paid time off
