Who We Are Looking For:We're seeking skilled commercial drivers (CDL-A or CDL-B is a plus) with 5-10 years of experience driving large vehicles or operating heavy equipment who are eager to travel, work independently, and operate in rugged outdoor environments. This role is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road but also take pride in meeting production goals and applying herbicides accurately and safely. We are seeking candidates who have a background in agriculture, farming, or the oil and gas industry.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be results-oriented, capable of meeting daily spray goals, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate with team leads.

What You'll Do:As a key member of the Industrial Team, you'll take on vital responsibilities in vegetation management for our clients in the oil and gas industry. Your duties will include:

• Operating industrial vehicles equipped with herbicide spray systems to treat invasive noxious weeds in oil and gas fields
• Identifying and targeting specific weed species for treatment
• Using hoses and booms to apply herbicide accurately and efficiently
• Meet production goals by completing scheduled treatment areas within set timelines
• Traveling to various sites across Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho to complete scheduled treatments

What You Need to Apply:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• CDLA or CDLA B (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in off-road driving
• Clean driving record
• Ability to be away from home 5 days per week
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to manage hoses and operate equipment for extended periods

• Starting pay: $23-27/hour, DOE and licensure
