Your mission
UiPath is scaling its Healthcare & Life Science business across Life Science (Biopharmaceutical and Medical device) companies, and we arehiring a senior industry leader to help define where the market is today, where itis going next, and how UiPath wins repeatedly at scale.
• This is a hands-on, action-oriented industry role for someone who has lived• inside regulated healthcare environments and wants to apply that experience to• shape executive conversations, inform product direction, and build repeatable,• high-impact sales motions.
This role does not carry a sales quota and is not a product management role.Success is measured by clarity, repeatability, and impact on growth.
What you'll do at UiPath
Build a clear point of view on the healthcare & life sciences market
Systematically document:
What healthcare & life sciences customers are doing today
Document common patterns & use cases across healthcare & lifescience organizations
Develop a clear, defensible POV on what customers should be doing nextto drive repeatable outcomes in regulated environments
Translate your market POV into clear, repeatable sales plays aligned tospecific buyer personas & business outcomes
Equip sales teams with structured narratives that resonate withexecutives
Analyze opportunity size and prioritization
Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to:
Estimate TAM for priority healthcare & life sciences use cases andplays
Help prioritize industries, functions, and workflows based onimpact, scale, and repeatability to the portfolio
Provide structured, evidence-based input into product strategy:
What are the highest impact areas that will drive business value forour customers
Drive executive-level customer engagement
Engage senior leaders across healthcare & life science companies as a peeradvisor
Contribute to outcome-focused conversations across our portfolio
Be used strategically to drive industry credibility and to acceleratedecision-making
What you'll bring to the team
Required experience
10+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience across payer,provider, biopharma and/or medical devices
Leader with experience in regulated functions such as: Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, or Enterprise IT
Experience driving or influencing large-scale transformation initiatives
Ideal backgrounds (You may come from:)
Digital transformation or operational leadership roles in healthcare or lifescience companies
Industry strategy or principal roles at healthcare or life science softwarecompanies
Healthcare or life sciences–focused consulting roles with accountability foroutcomes
What distinguishes you

This role is not:
A quota-carrying sales role, product management role, solution architecture or engineering role, or passive advisory or evangelist position
