- Support the Lead Teacher with daily Infant classroom routines and activities
- Provide nurturing, responsive care throughout the day
- Assist with feeding, diapering, sleep, and individualized care routines
- Engage infants through tummy time, sensory play, music, movement, language, and age-appropriate activities
- Support physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
- Provide attentive supervision and maintain required classroom ratios
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and nurturing classroom
- Communicate positively with families and fellow educators
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, childcare, preschool, or infant care experience preferred
- Professional infant classroom experience is a plus
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and infant care routines
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must meet applicable Michigan childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive pay of $17-$19 per hour
