Infant Head Teacher | Nurturer of Foundations. Guardian of Trust.
Age Group: 6 Weeks - 18 Months
Compensation: $21-$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

The Role -- As Infant Head Teacher, you will lead a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will:
- Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision
- Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
- Deliver Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
- Lead your classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence

- Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues

- Experienced in infant development (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Skilled in building trust with families - especially first-time parents

Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.
