The Learning Experience Timnath
Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
Location: Timnath, CO
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time; 8:30-5:30

The Learning Experience in Timnath is seeking a patient, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build independence, communication skills, and confidence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment.

What You Will Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support early social, emotional, language, and motor development
- Implement age appropriate curriculum and daily learning activities
- Follow classroom routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
Colorado Requirements
- Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements
- PDIS Level 2 or higher required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass Colorado state background check
- Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development
