Job RequirementsEducation Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent RN credential.
Certifications Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Montana.*
- Infection Prevention Certification (such as CPI or equivalent).*
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with recent and strong infection prevention expertise.*
- Supervisory or managerial experience in infection prevention strongly preferred.*
- Experience working in LTC and Acute Care settings.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to assist on the floor and work independently.*
- Strong knowledge of facility protocols and infection control procedures.*
- Professional demeanor with the ability to follow strict guidelines.*
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment with flexibility in shift start times.
