Influencer Specialist Nativex – San Francisco Bay Area (Remote)About Us Nativex is a leading digital marketing agency with a global presence, offering high-quality user acquisition automation tools, KOL marketing services, and a wide range of creative customization capabilities. As part of the Mobvista Group, Nativex operates in 14 locations worldwide and serves over 3,000 brands and apps across more than 60 countries, helping them achieve cross-regional growth.Duties and Responsibilities- Discover and onboard new influencers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.- Coordinate with the Sales team to manage the onboarding process for new advertisers in influencer marketing.- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to build and manage relationships with advertising clients in influencer marketing.- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and leverage this knowledge to select the most suitable influencers.- Analyze influencer campaign data to provide detailed reviews and develop strategic plans for future campaigns.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.- 1–2 years of experience in mobile advertising or relevant industries is essential.- Fluency in both English is a must, and Mandarin is a plus.- Energetic and able to handle cross-cultural communication within a global team.- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, aggressive industry environment.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams from different countries, as well as external influencers and clients.- Awareness of current trends and developments in the influencer world, with sensitivity to what is popular and emerging.Benefits- Competitive pay package, including base salary and bonus.- Traditional benefits such as Health, Dental, and Life Insurance, 401(k) plan, and Short-term and Long-term Disability coverage.- Ongoing growth and development opportunities, including training, on-the-job experiences, tuition reimbursement, and volunteer opportunities.- Opportunities to travel and gain firsthand industry insights globally, especially in Asia.- Free snacks and drinks.
