JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Information Management Analyst Legal Operations (Wealth Management) Locations:
  • Pennington, NJ
  • Dallas, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (Mandatory 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH) Pay Rate: $27.24/hr W2 Duration: 12-Month Contract Position Overview Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, the Specialty Operations teams execute and monitor manual and automated processes to accurately move and protect client assets and account information based on special product requirements or legal orders. This role sits within the Legal Operations team, supporting civil legal orders (subpoenas, freeze orders), internal data requests, and deceased account notifications. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Account Restrictions
  • Gather and manage client data accurately and timely
  • Apply account restrictions in accordance with legal orders and internal procedures
  • Maintain documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
Legal Order & Inquiry Management
  • Handle civil legal orders, subpoenas, freeze orders, and internal data requests
  • Respond to moderately complex client and branch inquiries via email
  • Collaborate with Legal partners, Front-Line Units, and internal departments
Documentation Review & Compliance
  • Review and validate legal/account documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure adherence to internal legal guidance and risk standards
  • Escalate discrepancies to leadership or risk teams as appropriate
Risk & Process Improvement
  • Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of account restrictions and data processes
  • Recommend enhancements aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards
Knowledge Sharing
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in legal operations processes and systems
  • Support training of new or less experienced team members
  • Ensure consistent execution of procedures and controls
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in legal operations, banking operations, wealth management, or financial services
  • Strong data management and documentation review experience
  • Ability to interpret legal documents (subpoenas, levies, freeze orders, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Strong written communication skills (email-based environment)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
  • Understanding of process controls and operational risk
