Information Security - Technical Program ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking experienced Information Security Technical Program Managers to lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role is responsible for driving large-scale Information Security programs, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key security capabilities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Information Security programs and projects.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate efforts across Architecture, Risk, Engineering, Operations, Technology, and business teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, impediments, and escalation activities.
- Drive execution across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate project planning, requirements, design, testing, implementation, and project closure activities.
- Track interdependencies across programs and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Provide status reporting and executive-level communications.
- Manage virtual and onsite teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.
- Support business case development, change management, financial approvals, and governance activities.
- Contribute beyond traditional project management responsibilities when needed, including supporting production management, testing, analysis, and delivery functions.
- 15+ years of professional experience within banking, financial services, consulting, software organizations, or related industries.
- 15+ years of project or program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity experience.
- Experience delivering large Information Security programs and projects.
- Experience managing multiple project managers and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong program, portfolio, and project management capabilities.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing programs valued at $1M or greater.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and drive execution independently.
