Job Description
Family Health Care is currently seeking candidates for an Information Services Technician!
This is a position to provide Information Services support in response to basic hardware and software needs within the organization and as a member of the larger Information Services team. Individuals work in response to directions or workflow. Individuals also interact with customers, primarily internal, in practical and technical capacities providing or exchanging generally routine information and applying techniques and practices of the field.
Description:
- Effectively completes installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and printers, applications, and ancillary systems; managing relatively simple hardware, software, or network problems.
- Reads and responds daily to end user support requests via telephone, email, chats, etc.
- Sets appropriate priorities for completion of tasks.
- Efficient setup and maintenance of usernames and profiles for network systems and applications under the purview of the Information Services department.
- Effectively provides training for end users on hardware and software applications.
- Accurately maintains documentation of various systems and processes.
Qualifications: The position requires at least two years of work experience and an associate's degree or completion of coursework at a technical school. Equivalent on-the-job experience may be substituted for this requirement.
