Job Title: Information System Engineer

Languages: French and English native/C2 level

Locations: France (hybrid); Toulouse is the preferred location

Travel: occasional travel to other Conga offices, events etc.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure

A quick snapshot…

The Information Systems Engineer is responsible for deploying and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and network services. You'll provide advanced technical support to ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute across the full lifecycle-from requirements analysis and testing to integration and ongoing management. You may also act as a subject matter expert in key technology areas.

By proactively managing systems and infrastructure, effectively resolving incidents, and ensuring compliance with IT strategy, security, and regulatory standards, the Information Systems Engineer plays a key role in enabling business continuity and supporting future growth.

What you'll do.....

• Own, maintain, and optimize
• IT systems for performance, reliability, and security
• Design, implement, and document scalable technical solutions
• Provide L2/L3 support and escalation, meeting SLAs (incl. occasional out-of-hours)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues end-to-end
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support with minimal disruption
• Assess and manage change impacts across systems and business processes
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and system records
• Support projects and continuous improvement aligned to IT strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally and share technical knowledge

What you bring....

• 3+ years' experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems engineering
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Windows Server & OS
• Identity & access management (permissions, policies, authentication/replication)
• Networking (VPN, DHCP, wireless)
• Device management (Intune, Jamf)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS)
• Experience supporting global, distributed environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
