I am currently recruiting for an Oracle HCM - Compensation Lead for one of our direct clients in the US. Below are the specs for the role:Job Title: Oracle HCM - Compensation LeadWork Location: Raleigh , NC (Remote - Possible travel, 3-4 times while on assignment)Duration of Assignment: 6+ MonthsPay Rate Range: $80.00/hr to $95.00/hr on W2Job Description: Job Description: Support the Oracle HCM Compensation module implementation for Client including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, resolving defects, directly supporting and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client. Work with parallel modules (HR, Recruiting, T&L) as needed to coordinate setup, testing and deployment.Skills:• Deep understanding of compensation principles / concepts• Solid experience configuring Oracle HCM Compensation module•Strong client-facing skills•Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
