I am a recruiting consultant with Artech, and I am hoping I can help you find the perfect next opportunity for your career goals. I am currently recruiting for an Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Training Lead for one of our direct clients in the US. Below are the specs for the role:Job Title: Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Training LeadWork Location: Remote (Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US)Duration of Assignment: 12+ MonthsPay Rate Range: $60.00/hr to $80.00/hr on W2Job Description: Key Responsibilities:• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content across various functional modules.• Develop comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and embedded learning assets.• Facilitate TraintheTrainer sessions to empower internal teams and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.• Partner with functional SMEs to understand business processes and convert them into structured learning experiences.• Support end-user readiness activities, including communication planning, curriculum development, and training logistics.• Ensure training content remains aligned with system design, project milestones, and user needs. Promote a positive, inclusive environment by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.Required Skills:Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US.• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).• Strong background in Oracle Training, including content development and delivery.• Proven expertise in Training Development and instructional design methods.• Experience facilitating TraintheTrainer programs.• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.• High standards of professionalism and a commitment to fostering a respectful, courteous work environment.
