Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior S4 Functional Consultant – R2R to join our team. This role is crucial in designing and implementing SAP solutions that meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role, leading a team of SAP professionals
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
Hands-on functional experience in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP
Experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders

FSCM experience is a bonus
Strategic and flexible thinker

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and drive SAP solutions to support Ag Solutions Record to Report business function
Design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements
Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
Work with 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives
Facilitate business strategy with technology
Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders
Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the R2R space
Develop and mentor junior team members
