Information Technology - ERP Business Analyst

Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.Responsibilities

• Analyze and design integrated master data processes that support manufacturing, procurement, and production operations.

• Lead and coordinate design discussions across Production Operations and technical teams to align master data requirements and governance standards.

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PLMSI, MDG, and PEO) to support consistent and accurate master data creation, maintenance, and usage.

• Author and maintain functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and data governance automation.

• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and technical architects to standardize and deliver integrated solutions.

• Support data migration, validation, and conversion activities during system cutovers and production transitions.

• Develop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and end-user training for master data management processes.

• Recommend and implement S/4HANA innovations and process improvements related to master data across the production value stream.

• Utilize Jira and SAP Focused Build to manage requirements, design deliverables, and project workflows.
