Position: Information Technology Intern (Summer Internship)

Location: Centris HQ (132nd & Pacific St)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Summer Internship)

As an Information Technology Intern, you'll work hands‑on with our Hardware/Network Services teams, contributing to meaningful projects that support our employees, and keep our technology running smoothly.

What You'll Do

You'll support our Hardware/Network Support team with a variety of practical, skill‑building tasks, including:

Desktop & Hardware Support

• Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and phones

• Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance

• Help resolve day‑to‑day technical issues for employees

• Maintain and update internal technical documentation

Technology Operations

• Support patch management and system updates

• Participate in small projects and process improvements

• Provide general support to Technology Services as needed

What You Bring:

• Technical Skills:

• High School Diploma

• Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Ability to learn and troubleshoot new systems

• People Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret computer screens, documents, and reports

• Ability to operate standard office equipment

• Ability to squat, climb, or stretch for short durations

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
