Are you an experienced IT leader looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? A well-established law firm is seeking a Manager of Information Technology to lead and support its technology operations while remaining hands-on with infrastructure, systems, and end-user support.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the firm's day-to-day IT operations and technology strategy• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for critical issues• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable IT infrastructure• Mentor and develop IT staff while remaining hands-on technically• Establish and improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices• Support attorneys and business professionals with technology solutions• Ensure system security, performance, and business continuity

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skillsLaw firm experience is strongly preferred
