Job Summary
Pegatron Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Information Technology Services Engineer to support our operations team. The role focuses on:- Maintaining IT SFIS systems
- Managing and maintaining the server room
- Ensuring network stability and security
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain SFIS services, including process oversight and device troubleshooting
- Oversee IT equipment, including networks, servers, and server room facilities
- Manage network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ISP circuit troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred
- 3 years of experience in OA maintenance
- 3 years of experience in basic network maintenance skills
- 3 years of experience in Server maintenance experience
- System Administration: Windows, Linux, macOS environment
- Network Management: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VPN. Routing. Switching
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Goggle Cloud (deployment, monitoring, identify management)
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
- Security Fundamentals: Firewalls, endpoint protection, identity access management, MFA
- IT Service Management: Incident, problem, and change management
- Hardware support: Servers, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices
- Software Deployment & Patch Management: SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar tools
- Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python (basic to intermediate)
- Monitoring & Diagnostic: Tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog, Splunk
- Backup & Recovery: Disaster recovery planning, backup systems. Data retention policies
