THE WORK:

  • You'll develop and coordinate project schedules based on execution strategies.
  • You'll review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality assurance.
  • You'll assess change orders and amendments for their impact on cost and timelines.
  • You'll conduct time impact analyses to evaluate delays and claims.
  • You'll support and participate in change order negotiations.
  • You'll perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses.
  • You'll identify schedule-related issues and recommend corrective actions or innovative solutions.
  • You'll conduct site visits to monitor and report on project progress.
  • You'll review contractor schedule updates and prepare narratives for management decision-making.
  • You'll evaluate contractor recovery plans and determine schedule feasibility.
  • You'll perform cost and expenditure analyses to support project phases.
  • You'll create cost-loaded schedules for accurate cash flow forecasting.
  • You'll apply contract policies within guidelines and communicate findings effectively.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis
  • Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling
  • Experience with time impact analysis
  • Experience with construction claims and change orders
$165,000 - $182,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
