THE WORK:

    • You’ll identify and research potential real estate acquisition opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry resources.
    • You’ll conduct financial analyses and property evaluations to determine feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
    • You’ll initiate and manage negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
    • You’ll coordinate and oversee the full due‑diligence process, including inspections, title reviews, and environmental assessments.
    • You’ll prepare and present acquisition proposals, financial models, and strategic recommendations to management.
    • You’ll work closely with legal counsel to ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
    • You’ll maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and stay current on market trends and regulatory changes.
    • You’ll collaborate with development, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties.
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
    • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in property acquisition, real estate transactions, or a similar role

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

    • Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and have the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and other construction related and business professionals and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
    • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and acquisition processes
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate databases a plus
    • Learning oriented, creative and possess advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
$220,000 - $250,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
