THE WORK:

  • You’ll, at all times, ensure the safety of Client employees, State employees, and Contractor employees.
  • You’ll act as the Owner’s representative in all matters related to the project, overseeing and managing all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary functions of the project.
  • You’ll support Client executive management in the execution of the project.
  • You’ll monitor the project schedule and budget, reporting as required to Client executive leadership, and manage the project to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
  • You’ll assist in the oversight of all engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, third-party, and community outreach functions.
  • You’ll represent the Client in the community and with public agencies, maintain the project safety culture, and provide oversight to ensure zero lost-time incidents on the project.
  • You’ll protect the interests of the traveling public and the Client at all times.
  • You’ll ensure conformance with all Client contract documents.
  • You’ll perform constructability reviews and provide comments on design packages.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. 
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or another related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Construction Management on transit projects of at least $30 million
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts of similar size and scope
  • Valid California Class C driver’s license

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with EV charging infrastructure projects is a plus, but not required
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
