Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer III – Enterprise Messaging & CollaborationJob ID: 26-00577Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)Duration: 12 months on W2 contract We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & On-Prem), and Microsoft Teams administration to support enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, and hybrid environments
- Manage Microsoft Teams configuration, policies, and voice features
- Develop PowerShell automation for M365 administration tasks
- Monitor system performance and provide Tier 3 troubleshooting
- Support upgrades, migrations, and M365 enhancement projects
- Collaborate with IT, security, and support teams and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 infrastructure administration experience
- Strong expertise in Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred:
- Microsoft 365 certifications
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience with Exchange migrations or Teams deployments
