This Injection Molding Maintenance Technician position in Franklin, KY offers the chance to work hands-on with advanced molding equipment while helping shape a rapidly expanding operation. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Injection Molding Maintenance Technician position include:

2+ years of molding machine or industrial maintenance experience – Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on molding equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills – Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems – Maintain and repair systems used in molding machinery.
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, relays, heaters, thermocouples) – Troubleshoot electrical components and controls.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals – Support equipment repair, setup, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems – Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
Ability to support mold setup, changeovers, and equipment inspections – Identify wear, damage, and potential process issues.
Team collaboration and reliability focus – Work with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.

Salary: $30-$35/hr, commensurate with experience.
