At The Inn of the Five Graces, the role of an Inn Host is central to the guest experience. Hosting here is not about procedures or desks it is about presence, care, and the art of the welcome. Our Inn Hosts are the first and lasting impression of the property, embodying warmth, attentiveness, and quiet confidence.We are seeking an Inn Host who understands that true hospitality is intuitive, personal, and grounded in genuine human connection.The RoleThe Inn Host serves as a gracious guide for our guests from arrival through departure. You will anticipate needs, offer thoughtful assistance, and ensure each guest feels both cared for and at ease. This role requires emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a natural ability to make others feel at home.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with warmth, composure, and sincerity

Manage arrivals and departures with ease and efficiency

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for the Inn and Santa FeAnticipate guest needs and respond with thoughtful, timely solutions

Coordinate closely with housekeeping, dining, and management

Uphold the Inn's standards of beauty, calm, and discretion

Maintain an environment that feels effortless, refined, and personal

Support Spa Reception as needed with the same refined approach and gracious hospitality

Who You AreA natural host who takes pride in caring for others

Calm, observant, and composed especially during busy moments

Attentive to detail and sensitive to nuance

Experienced in boutique or luxury hospitality (preferred, not required)A clear communicator with warmth and emotional intelligence

Someone who understands that luxury is felt, not announced
