Inpatient Pharmacy Manager- Seattle, WashingtonLocation: Pay Rate: $231,000 to $268,000 per yearPosition OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Inpatient Pharmacy Manager- Seattle, Washington for an opportunity in .Key Responsibilities
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist, with significant time in inpatient pharmacy at an acute hospital
- Minimum 3 years in a formal leadership role with direct reports, including solid-line responsibility and hire/fire authority
- Minimum 2 years managing operational or project budgets
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining clinical workflows in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
- Active Washington State Pharmacist License required at hire; candidates not yet licensed in WA must be willing and eligible to obtain licensure
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required within 6 months of hire
- Our client is a large, integrated health system with a strong presence across the Pacific Northwest
- They are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead acute care pharmacy operations at their Seattle medical center
- This is a permanent, onsite role offering a competitive compensation package and a meaningful opportunity to shape pharmacy practice at a high-volume hospital
- PGY1 or PGY2 pharmacy residency completion
- Experience in a union environment
- Exposure to hospital expansion or system integration efforts
- Hands-on experience in ICU/Critical Care, Med-Surg, Infusion, and Emergency/Urgent Care settings
