Join Our Team:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Salina, Kansas. In this full-time role, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Schedule:
- Full-Time, Permanent.
- Day Shift (8-hour shifts).
- Weekend and on-call requirements discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and case managers to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Kansas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inpatient experience preferred but qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
