We are seeking a highly organized, confident, and proactive Inside Marketing Lead to be the first point of contact for all inbound leads and to help drive our marketing and lead strategy forward. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and light creative work while keeping a pulse on lead performance and growth 📊✨

Key Responsibilities

📞 Answer and manage all inbound calls

🔁 Direct calls to the appropriate internal team members

🗓️ Coordinate and schedule leads efficiently and accurately

📈 Track, forecast, and report on lead flow and performance

💰 Assist with lead forecasting and budgeting

📲 Create and schedule internal Meta (Facebook/Instagram) posts

🎨 Assist with light content creation for social media

🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
