Job Description
Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You’ll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners.
- Book qualified appointments for loan officers.
- Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
- Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized.
Experience We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling.
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets.
- Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
